Solaire at 7100 Wisconsin

Design Collective worked with Washington Property Company to design a new mixed-use development consisting of 139 luxury rental apartments, 6,000 sf of retail and 90 spaces of two (2) levels of below-grade parking at the corner of Wisconsin and Woodmont Avenues in downtown Bethesda. Solaire at 7100 Wisconsin consists of 12 stories steping down toward the west - with amenities which include a first floor loby, ground level pocket park, second floor leasing office and a fith floor clubroom with outdoor terrace. The design for the building achieved LEED Silver certification and incorporates public art and innovative exterior lighting systems to distinguish its presence and sense of place within the community. Construction type is 1B, cast in place concrete.
