The Crescent is an eight-story high-end loft apartment building with 252 rental units and 10 four-level waterfront town homes. This project offers loft apartments with 10-feet high ceilings, oversized windows, exposed concrete structure and spiral ductwork, and stained concrete floors. One- and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 750 SF to 1850 SF. Building amenities include a demonstration kitchen for cooking classes, a 24-person movie theater, wine cellar, internet/coffee bar, a fitness/aerobics center, pool, and access to 52 boat slips.
