Design Collective provided full A/E design services for Skanska Commercial Development to design a mixed-use residential high-rise building in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington, DC. Design Collective assisted the team through the development, entitlement, and permitting process. The firm’s mixed-use, high-rise, and District experience includes understanding local land use and regulatory requirements, zoning, building codes, permitting, and other design/regulatory/LEED expectations within the District. Our design team worked with Skanska, their operations and leasing team, and their market/branding consultations to design a building that responds to unique District market, economic, and use expectations.
