307 International Circle Renovations

Originally a multi-tenant building, we converted the space to one-tenant use and redesigned all the public spaces including the three-story atrium lobby. The project required mechanical and electrical upgrades as well as a facelift. The renovations were made using sustainable, green building techniques.
