Maple Lawn

This 600-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) master plan created five distinct neighborhoods totaling 1,340 residential units, 1.8 million square feet of office and retail, and over 200 acres of open space. It features a network of pedestrian-scaled blocks and tree-lined streets, a variety of housing, and a business district with ground level retail. Sensitive natural areas were protected and new greens, squares, and parks were incorporated into a connected open space network that attracts residents and the general public.
